At Second Nature Soaps we want our customers to be delighted with every purchase, however we do appreciate that there may be times when, for whatever reason, you would like to send your product back for an exchange or refund. All we ask is that you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase, in either of the following ways:
Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept returned products that are unused and in a saleable condition. Unfortunately the original post and packaging costs cannot be refunded.
When returning your product, please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office (there is no charge for this). This is your proof of posting in the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive with us. We cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit.
If you have already received an email confirming dispatch, unfortunately it will not be possible to cancel your order, so please follow our returns procedure. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us quoting your order number.
If your product is damaged, we ask that you contact Second Nature Soaps within 3 working days of receipt of your product. Damaged products must be returned suitably packaged to the following address:
